Sporadically can't type in forum text boxes?

Not sure what's triggering it but occasionally I'll log in to reply to a post or a PM and while I can view everything fine, I can't type in any of the text boxes. Using Chrome for a browser on a windows 10 machine. Is there something I need to enable/disable?

Usually just coffee. It happened once, brushed it off. Happened about half a dozen times at this point though.
