Starcool Stopped

Help! My 1998 FordE350 SMB Starcool stopped all operation after I started engine with Starcool still On and plugged in to shore power :-( All fuses look good but no power going to Starcool or fans. Just all stopped. Switch does nothing. I cannot find any info specific to this situation. Thank you for any insights or help in advance.

For All Forum Members - with StarCool AC in their SMB -- anybody still have any maintenance manuals /parts manuals for their units ? If available - would you consider copying and posting a PDF file on the forum ? Many members would be greatly appreciative !
