Swivel base for interior of van - not driver/passenger

Does anyone know of anywhere selling a swivel base for a captains chair in the original seat bolts placed right behind the driver's seat? It seems most I've found online are only for the 8"x11" pattern found on the driver and passenger seat, but that won't work for the seat I have located right behind the drivers seat.

1Der has them fabricated for him I do believe but they may only be for the driver and passenger seats. Reach out. He's always on here somewhere.
