Thanks to everyone that contributes to all of the valuable information I have found here. Y'all have saved me many hours of searching for parts and design suggestions.

I fall into the category of a "Homemade SMB" owner. I started with a government auctioned "surveillance van" a 1994 E350 SB 2WD (Gloria) in October of 2017 but transitioned mid build to a taller and longer 1998 E350 EB with a fiberglass top.

I've purpose built my current van (Overland Van) for hauling tons of gear, towing heavy trailers and helping me gain access to remote locations for exploring, camping & photography.
