This van was built for a solo female, then modified with pop top. Currently seats 3, sleeps 4. Can modify seating to seat 4 sleep 4 for an additional cost.

That's a nice clean build! A couple of questions.

Does the lower bed convert to a bench? Is that where you get your third seat?

Is there a grey water tank?

Is the base van still under warranty?
