Unknown passenger side Aluminess swing-out arm

I picked this up along the way with some other parts, not 100% sure what vehicle it fits. Hinge mounts measure 23-3/16" center to center. Looks like it had a cargo box mounted on it at one point. Located in south Scottsdale, AZ. Not really interested in shipping. Will trade for 12-pack of Mexican beer.
