Yeh, not a bad concept...haven't seen this outfit before either.

If you can retrofit four 12v actuators (one on each of the 4 corners from the small seat next to the '40 side door) to raise the seat base & pad up high enough to be level with the mattress bed you might have a little over 6.5ft of sleeping space to stretch out on.
 
That looks excellent and not really a bad price for the quality IMO.

I would see if they'll spec a bigger fridge spot. The fridge in their gallery is truly tiny.

I would also NEVER put switches and displays where they did. You're inevitably going to hit those all the time using that seat as a seat, meaning proping a pillow at the back or something. Certainly they can make that change for customers.
