Hello all. My Sportsmobile friends suggested I post my solution for carrying kayaks and bikes AND still be able to access the rear doors. Carrying kayaks on the roof is a great option for Sportsmobiles, however, some folks would like a different way. Although this video shows installation on a 4x4 Roadtrek, it can be applied to Sportsmobiles. The difference comes in where the kayak carrier receiver is placed. Anyway, I thought I would throw this out there. I hope that it helps some folks come up with a solution or ideas. Here is the link.
