Wheel options

Hey everyone, just picked up a new to me SMB 2 wheel drive. Im going to be throwing on a set of pirelli atr's. I wanna stay the same size 245-75-16 but im having a tough time finding wheels that I like in a 16x7. I like the AR ATX series but they are all 16x8. Would you guys run a 16x8 on that size tire? what would you guys recommend? Here is what im concerned about, obviously the weight of the rig and ill be towing my Jeep behind me on a flat trailer.
