Getting geared up to do a solar install - hopefully before Memorial Day - and will have to drill. How thick is the Voyager top gonna be on my '97? I'll be pulling the ceiling panels tomorrow to see what is underneath...or...above. Is it two glass with insulation in between? Or glass, insulation, ply? Can I stand on it?

I think that's perhaps the top sitting on top of an uncut van roof. It looks to me like the actual fiberglass skin of the top is around 3/16"-1/4", and then there are wood stiffener ribs (you can see one in the cutout). There would be a thin fiberglass skin on the lower side of the wooden stiffener ribs too.
This is similar to the PH top construction on my '97 SMB, although on that the ribs were thinner but I think more numerous. It's also about what I would expect on a fiberglass top.
I don't know if yours may have an additional liner (i.e. something glossy on the inside) or perhaps carpet or ? as an inside "looks" surface.
Yeah, that's the table. Trust me, the top is a lot thinner than you are expecting it to be. I could walk on my CCV top very carefully, but I really don't advise doing it much.
My 03 top was a layer of fiberglass and corrugated something looked like cardboard with resin in it then glass again for the roof. It was all about as thick as where the reinforcements are in the picture above. I walled on it no problem.
