Clasp?

I've been looking for a product that I know I've seen, but where to find them and what they are called exactly is the problem. They are the clasp that you see sometimes used to hold down a spare tire carrier so it stays locked in place and has a urethane bumpers to keep it from rattling. Any idea where to find them or what they call them?
Thank you.
Tracey

are you're referring to toggle clamps, aka De-Sta-Co clamps, aka pull latch, aka over-center latch???

Don't have a photo of them, I know Ive seen them on this site. I just can't find them. I believe I seen them on a guys home made bike rack. Super nice rack built by a 4x4 shop! I think they had a logo of a gal cut out of one of the metal gussets? My search skills never turn up what Im looking for. LOL

Do you mean over center latches like Southco makes?

Yep all of these are what I was looking for! Thank you for all the help! Im needing these for a trailer project Im working on. I want to have a fold down ramp but they always make so much noise when just using pins to hold them up. Using something like those latches would make a nice positive closer system for it and hopefully keep some of the noise/rattles down a bit.
Thanks again everyone!
