Gauging interest 2004 e350 diesel

I'm trying to gauge interest in my 2004 Ford e350 diesel. It has been a great van for my family but our plans have changed. Perfect slate for a sportsmobile conversion. Gauging interest and what it's worth

2004 Ford E350 with 138k on the body
Quigley 4x4 conversion
Brand new long block installed at 98k
Ford powerstroke 6.0 bulletproofed
Stage 2 transmission with deep pan built at same time
Brand new Alliant injectors at 98k
Upgraded turbo
I do have paperwork for all these repairs
Built a bed in the back for camping purposes

A few smaller repairs are needed as well
Fuel pressure gauge is intermittent
Clear coat on hood is beginning to fade
Previous owner mounted seats where ever he wanted so there is some holes in the carpet.
I was just going to replace it with wood flooring
