Great price, but how does an '07 have rust and roof leaks?

I wonder if the rust and leaks were fixed.

Sure Jage, but that's because you were dancing up on the penthouse, naked, at Burning Man. Bet you never told SMB about that.

Re: Wow! 07 V10 low miles

Pretty nice, clean looking base to complete a build. Cabinets look nicely done from the pics, running boards, poptop (but maybe not SMB installed)

Need to consider following:
No rear air
No heating
No propane system
No inverter/charger/transfer
No solar
No Aluminess goodies
No rear storage
No window shades
No extended fuel tank (??)

Refrigerator is smaller size
Battery bank is likely smaller
Cork floor is good insulation but should be covered with something more durable
Different style side windows installed on driver vs passenger is a bit of a concern. Both could easily have been awnings.

I think pricing would still need to be somewhat lower than the revised price.
