I bought it here:

and it's been in my garage for 9 months...
I don't recall what I paid for it - how about $100 ??
You might have to get one of these:

Because I cut the adapter pretty short for the convex wheels on my rig. Got it ready for use - but never installed it. Here's a blurb from that same web site:
How to Determine Which Tongue or Adapter to Use on Yakima SpareTime Bike Rack on a Jeep
Question:
transferring my bike rack to a different jeep. Have the long adapter on right now but it is too long. Need to determine which adapter I need between the small and the medium. The approximate length adapter I need is between 4 and 5 inches to have the rack fit snug against the tire. Please advise on which one I need to purchase.

On the Yakima SpareTime bike rack # Y02598, the instructions state to use the medium tongue with tire widths ranging from 235 to 275. The long tongue is for widths 285 to 12.5. And the short tongue which is what comes pre-installed is for 195 to 235. Just check the tire size on the Jeep and that first number is going to be the section width and will tell you the best tongue option.
Oh yea... it looks like this:
Thanks !!
