Re: Can't believe it !!!!!!!!

Do you mean the 6x6 is from Zurich but was here alongside the SMB? or do you mean the SMB was over in Switzerland? I don't recall where the picture first showed up.

BTW what part of Switzerland are you in? (I lived there for a short time ages ago.)

Re: Can't believe it !!!!!!!!

The 6x6 is from Zurich touring the states and was seen, if I remember correctly, in Alaska by Pjpvi.
Was shown in a trip report, I think.
I am in Geneva...

I too am in the Geneva area!

Getting a vehicle over the "Pond" must be quite an organization!

One of our local Geneva 4x4 specialist garages participated in the 2009 Dakar rally! They did assistance for a local motorbike contestant.

Re: Can't believe it !!!!!!!!

I've seen a few of those (in 4x4) touring the states, usually from Germany.

Re: Can't believe it !!!!!!!!

Yep, that was me in Alaska. It was a pretty cool vehicle. I bumped into them a couple times that day, but never had a chance to talk to them.

It would have been more cool if I was in Switzerland with my SMB though!

Re: Can't believe it !!!!!!!!

I Guess you'd have to spend a week on a boat with your SMB to get across the Atlantic...
