body work an rhino liner fun

it took ten hours to tape it off before rhino liner- worth every minute!!!!

Hoping that's what mine will be looking like here in a month. Did the roof last summer (Was peeling/chipped, started to rust...) now the sides are next for this summer. Little tricky with not having a shop to keep it in... Have to time it just right with the weather and the wind. Been thinking about painting some of the underside to get rid of the minor surface rust and as a preventative for the future.

Thinking aobut keeping all the windows or getting some aluminum blanks for them?

If you use rhino liner I recommend T-Rex it holding really well- super easy to use

Thinking about staying with paint, I might do some rhino liner on the very bottom 3-4" of the paint. Have the common rust spot starting to form at the bottom of the drivers door that needs attention too.

Had some 3M tape for traction atop the nerf bars. I've been really disappointed with how it's held up, probably gonna sand those down and rhino line at least the portions that are frequently stepped on.

Still waiting to hear this thing run!

Spray liner

FYI - I have tried all the spray can rhino - this works excellently-
Good luck with the rust - just go do it vanbro! I want to see some pictures
