Garage
I think the low tops provide the "cool" look that everyone is after but after riding in them a couple times that roof is definitely called a low for a reason. I think the best would be the mid height with a pop top. And personally I think the mid tops look the best because of the way the lines are on the roof.

I would love to hear what the op has to say as well.

i sat in one and noticed the same... i thought it was me but it does feel a bit cramped in the wagon.

here's the one Ujoint lifted with the VanCompass kit

looks good to! though i'd like to see a full side profile...
torn here... i like the low, wife likes the mid.
but can't fully decide between a Transit or a Sprinter.

Shouldn't be too long... In the process of designing the 4x4 system components, I essentially have to lift the van like van compass does to get things where I want them for measurements and fit tests. I'll have some mock-up photos within a few weeks I think.

I'm going to start a build thread soon and I'll have a lot more information about what I'm doing with the Transits and the timeline.

I thought I remembered seeing this rendering somewhere before when this listing popped up on my local Craigslist.

Although it appears that the OP never returned to this thread to update us, it does appear that the van did finally get built at some point and now it's up for sale here:
