Your browser "caches" them, which means it keeps a copy on your harddrive in Temporary internet files so when you go back to the page it doesn't have to load them all over again- the downside is unless a change is recognized in the page the browser will continue to use the cached images instead of realizing that they were missing from the website.

I did notice a red '08 in your pics. Can't help notice that grill, even though it looks covered up, maybe protecting that chrome?

Yep that white chevy was really a looker as a low rider and was being picked up or delivered today. It was a 4X4 too. The 2nd pic show a rig with the winch that has an air compressor on it and the orange rig had big Toyo tires on it. I would have taken more pictures but they were closing. I have to go back soon and will try to get more shots of whats coming off the line. I usually stay out of the lift area but Peter will probably let me get a few shots.

Herb, I have never seen so many red vans as I did yesterday. That one rig had plastic on it and was just brought in, but I saw 5 or more red vans there. Also saw a forest service green rig.

The "white chevy" (actually a GMC, but only cosmetic differences) is ours, and we just got back from picking it up. It is indeed a Quigley, specifically the IFS version. We boosted the tire size to 265/75 16's from the stock 245/75's, and that and the wheels made a huge difference in the looks.
The IFS and the tires add about 2" extra clearance, but of course it's still "low" compared to the monster Sportsmobile 4x4's. It's an extended body, and rides very well, indeed.
Spent the whole day collecting the vehicle, mainly due to SMB's gracious willingess to do a couple last-minute customizations and a few fit-and-finish issues. Maiden voyage next week.

Interesting GMC van John. Congrats on getting the new rig. Let us know how you like the fixed top.
