Too bad it's not a 1997 or later which had the better bathroom setup and the stove/oven on the other side.

Super rare either way. They only built ~100 a year from '91-'99.

Seller is an active poster on Expedition Portal with a lot of information about this rig. It is a good one, if that is what someone is looking for.

Drove by it the other day, chances are he either lives with or is roomies with friends of mine as its parked in the lot of their triplex.

carringb - ABSOLUTELY....

Good layout/toilet location for keeping an eye on/tending the pot of chili beans boiling on the stove.
(whilst simultaneously "taking care of the results" from the previous evening's pot of chili beans....)
