Current Standard Dana 50 Twin Traction Beam TTB With Automatic Locking Hubs & 2 Speed Electronic On-The-Fly Transfer Case. The 4wd conversion was completed by Agile Offroad.
http://agileoffroad.com/ Agile Offroad specializes in ride improvement packages for the Quigley Dana 60 4x4 conversion and has perfected the resurgent Ford TTB front drive axle. The Agile TTB has significantly more travel (12 inches) than the typical Dana conversion and rides much better with softer spring rates and no bottoming.
The Van
These Class B's are made in Saginaw, Michigan and a link to their website can be found here

All of the camping systems on this RV have been checked for operation by me including the generator, roof air, furnace, hot water heater, water pump and refrigerator.
This Majestic runs and drives well, it starts quickly and shifts and brakes normally. The exterior shows no body damage and is free of oxidation . The interior is free of any unusual odors and it has been a non-smoker. The front seat cushions show some wear (see pic).
