Quig 4x4 Adventurewagon C/L Colorado (SOLD)
I almost hesitate to share this C/L find, on the outside chance that I win the Lotto tonight and can buy it myself.
If you're not familiar with Ed Anderson and Adventurewagen, do yerself a favor and check 'em out. Very nicely put together van conversions. Not SMBs, but very very very nice.

Quigley 4x4 Ford Adventure Van V10 - $55000 (Leadville, Coloraod)
This 2002 Ford van was converted by Quigley http://www.quigley4x4.com/ with all the good stuff, 4x4, locking hubs, V10, sat nav, Direct TV, flat screen, remote, commode, shower, bed, loft, sink, hot water, solar panel with inverter, marine grade sealed batteries, surround sound, and lots more. The price is 55,000. That's firm.
The van currently has 55,563 miles on it.
E-mail or text me. I can show this van in the Summit County area, would consider meeting in the foot hills for serious offers.

This is not my van, I have no association with it, I am passing it along for the good of the order.

Why is this van for sale every 6 months? Same owner?

Re: Quig 4x4 Adventurewagon C/L Colorado
Took a look at this beauty on Saturday. Quite large and plenty of headroom with the fixed top! The quality of the cabinetry was sweet, and I thought the layout was nicely designed. While not a Sportsmobile, it certainly is similar to one!
Unfortunately, this made me look over my finances and determined I should get them more in order before purchasing...maybe to the tune of a year or two So I'll live vicariously through other's adventures until then (Hey, the Honda Element isn't that bad of an adventure vehicle!)
If you're looking for a high quality interior with a low-milage V-10 and plenty of space inside, this is a pretty decent choice. And the price has come down considerably since this was first posted to $35k now...

jan

Ummmmm, maybe cuz it's a 6.8 V-10 and gets 10 mpg ?
But then again, if you can afford to burn $55,000 on a camper rig, you ought to be able to afford the gas bills!
In any event, this is really a sweet rig with a beautiful interior....very nice woodwork.

Still there:
http://denver.craigslist.org/cto/4273154089.html
asking $35k, according to the ad. Merry belated Christmas, someone!
I think it's the same one as Google'd in the Expedition Portal -- note the PADI dive sticker in the top's rear window...

Re: Quig 4x4 Adventurewagon C/L Colorado
Salesperson told me it was sold yesterday. Seemed like a great rig for $35K . Hopefully someone here picked it up.
