Nothing but good things to say about Fox shocks

After severely abusing my van on a six week road trip, including hour after hour of high speed washboard roads in Death Valley, one of my rear shocks began to leak, so I sent both of them back to Fox for inspection and repair. Within about a week, both were totally rebuilt and shipped back to me and included new stems and mounting hardware, all at no cost! I later called Will in their service department to see what he thought may have caused the problem. He spent quite a bit of time explaining how the shocks are assembled and said he felt it may have simply have been a defective o-ring. What a nice guy! The shocks were installed as part of Ramsey's RIP and made a huge improvement in the van's handling. All in all, they have proven to be one of the best improvements in the van, and are backed by one of the best customer service departments I have come across....
