Ok how 'bout this question:

Has anyone ever cashed in on the 65k tread life warranty on the Toyo A/Ts? Did they laugh at you when they saw your van?

Has anyone thought to try to call them out...

Toyo A/Ts are $50 more per tire than the Nitto A/Ts. The Toyo has a 65,000 mile treadlife warranty. The Nitto does not.

I can't imagine a tire lasting 65k on my van. But,...

I went round and round on A/T vs M/T during my build. In the end I conceded that as much as I fantasize about driving my van on trails like I drive my Jeep, the reality is I do not.

I hadn't noticed the change to the load rating. That might be the definitive "no", not worth the extra $50...

Edit: Just double checked the load rating for my tire size. They are identical.
