Mine is mounted between frame rails. Concerns were getting northeast salt, on tank and compressor itself.

Do you leave hose connected?

I have the Extreme Air Magnum and wonder what you have done to your compressor to maintain it?

Also, do you leave your hose connected to the system or removed when not being used?
