Yes, but the end attached to the panel is semi-permanent - under the vinyl, etc. I was looking for an easy way so I don't have to pull the entire panel and the covering as it is more like upholstery.

Some of my inside panels (like the ones on the back doors) have put stress on the do-hickie that is attached to the panel. Others I have taken the panel off too many times and basically stripped...
