Re: New SMB Owner: 93 Ford E250 2x4
Adding a few images to show the bike rack in practice.

Posting the bikerack here to keep my build thread up to date.
Been some time since my last post - we've been enjoying the heck out of our van. However, one item that has been on my...

Re: New SMB Owner: 93 Ford E250 2x4
Hey Brian - Congrats!
meh - the plasti dip bumper is holding up, but I'm not terribly excited how chalky the front bumper looks. Maybe it's seen one too many days of direct sun light, but it...

Re: New SMB Owner: 93 Ford E250 2x4
There's a really nice black SMB here in central NJ, although I'm sure he's not on the forums. I've seen him a handful of times down by my office in Neptune NJ and work with a guy who knows the SMB...

Re: New SMB Owner: 93 Ford E250 2x4
It's not too often that I get a chance to report using the SMB vs. working on it - although it has to be said that all the work I've done are improvements (not repairs) to make using it even more...

Put together a little price list for those of you who might be considering building your own roof rack. Assuming you have most of the equipment/tools, here’s a quick break-out of what I ended up...

Re: New SMB Owner: 93 Ford E250 2x4
good eye - yes, a bit worried. It def wasn't one of my better connection details, but even knowing it wasn't a smart approach I never made any adjustments during the build :d7:
