Not saying it changes your percentages, but dont forget bigger windows, more ceiling, height and the storage space above the front seats.

Space in a van is at a premium. All the wasted space...

When I ordered my top there wasn't a non power...

When I ordered my top there wasn't a non power option.

He used a winch remote on my setup, which I'm sure would work the same with a smb top.
