It may be easiest to just stop by. They have bins full of them.
E450 rotors will not fit simply due to the dually offset hubs. But starting in 2008 the E150-450's all got the same spec front rotors....

Best upgrade is a 2008+ front axle. Even better than frozen rotors with hawk pads (I know, I tried this too). Plus the axle upgrade gives you new bigger ball joints and a better radius arm design.
