I don't think those Performance Radiators will have any more cooling capacity. They have the same core specs as the OE radiator.

Hottest I've seen on my V10 is also 222F. That's in the normal range on the dash. It doesn't concern me one bit. Duramax diesels can easily shoot way past that.

Also, if you do an EGR delete to avoid EGR cooler problems, you still aren't addressing the oil cooler flaw. The BPD kit is the only real oil cooler fix ,and once you do that you won't be causing EGR...
