Only it would be nice to track down where the leak is coming from. Hopefully you don't have mold or dry rot.
At one time I was told SMB had a lifetime warranty on their tops so you might look into...

On mine, SMB didn't seal the electrical wires going to the solar very well and the water came out of the front roof light on the PH. Basically they just added silicon around the wires and put a...
