They work pretty well non pressurized. Just gravity fed. One less thing to mess with.

Note to builders, I used the "lightweight" not for pressure 4 inch pipe (Cellotex?-at home depot). Not the true schedule 40 stuff. It has bent/sagged in the 100 F. heat even when empty (no weight)....
