I think you are asking specifically about the SMB cutaway (which I'm not sure about); but just in case you are asking about other cutaways (such as the typical E-350/E-450 over the years) - they do use the normal driver/passenger cab doors. The whole cab is just like a non-cutaway van.
Building on Viva's input any door from 1992 up to end-of-life for the E-Series are the same, at least as far as fitting the body. Beginning model year 2003 front door shells changed to accommodate newer style mirror mounts but otherwise the same general shape, size, fit etc.
The mirror mounting types are not interchangeable FWIW.
Also the electronics changed for the 2009 update. Prior doors will have different connectors inside, to match the different switches of the '08 and older vans.
Thanks for your answers you confirm they are the same
A client needs a driver door to replace the one he crashed on his ambulance cutaway.
I found a van body door and wanted to be sure it works.

CarringB brings up a good point--internals. A decent rule of thumb regarding crashed doors is if glass is still intact there's a good chance wiring harnesses etc will be undamaged, can be transferred to the new door shell.
