Are you able to attach some pictures of the undercarriage?
Any evidence of fluid leaks under the van?
Can you provide the date the 4x4 U-Joint conversion was done?

Did you perform the pop-top conversion to the roof?
*Hard to tell from the pictures, so can you clarify if all the 'black stuff' both inside and outside on the pop-top canvas is mold or not?
*Also looks like where the canvas attaches to the roof is pulling away (it doesn't look like a good seal), is this the case?

You mentioned a water tank mounted under the frame rail - does the interior have a sink? If not, can you explain how the water system works for the user?

You mention solar & house batteries; how large are the batteries & what type? How large is the panel array on the roof? and which solar controller is being utilized?
*From the pic's I do not see any outlets (120 or 12v) mounted in the interior build - Do you have these available and hooked to the house bank?

FYI: the more detail you provide on your listing, the less time you'll have to contend with answering the same question(s) for all the people inquiring.

As suggested by Twoxentrix - just adding some suggestions here - I'd give the rig a good wash and wax to make it more "saleable" to a potential buyer. Putting your "best foot forward" never hurts !

Most definitely not an SMB pop top install. Seller surely can share whether or not he did it or maybe previous owner but SMB didn't.

Yep
My question was an attempt to entice seller to disclose just that (so any prospective buyer would be aware - especially since the pic's reveal what seem to be some real concerns).
