The seat covers were from the original owner, so I'm not exactly sure. But they are a neoprene material with a layer of foam.

Not 100% sure of the source. The original owner installed it - likely from U-Joint as the van has their lift kit. I believe they sell them with their kits - not sure if they sell them individually.

They appear to possibly be Wet Okole seat covers based on the description and image. They have a zillion options and are located in Costa Mesa CA.
