SOLD-2008 SMB RB50 4x4 diesel for sale - 7yr/200k warranty!
I have edited the ad from the fall to relist my SMB for sale. I have updated mileage and price after using the van to drive to and from our wintering in southern baja (we rented a house for 3 months).
After a lot of thought, I am offering up my nearly new SMB for sale. This SMB was just picked up from SMB Texas in mid-August, and for me was the dream build of ever thing I wanted on a new SMB (after owning a pre-owned model). It has only been used on one 4 day camping trip to Moab and is in near perfect condition. Why am I selling a nearly new, perfect dreamy SMB you ask? Mainly I have to many toys in the garage and my travel plans have recently changed. If you are looking for a next to brand new rig that is available today with full warranty and $30k less then a new gas motor rig then this is your SMB.
Here's the story. I purchased this 2008 Ford 6.0L 4x4 Quigley van with just a little over 22k miles on the clock this April. This van was originally sold new March 3, 2010, so its still under factory bumper to bumper warranty ( until March 2013) plus I purchased the full 7 year/200,000 mile warranty (Ford offers 2 diesel warranties, this is the top one offered). Prior to sending it to Austin for the build, I installed new wheels/tires/shocks/fender flares/headlights/alignment (see more detail below). While in Austin, I did the full build and took delivery in mid-August. Again, this is brand new and in perfect condition. I am a bit of a perfectionist, only use the Ford dealership for service ( including recent oil and fuel filters change at 24k miles and again prior to sale), and keep my toys in A+ condition. I have well over $105k invested in this beautiful van and months and months of planning, but will sell it for $93k. There are only 32/33k miles on the odometer, and again this van is in perfect like new condition.

I have tried to remember all the items on this rig but may have forgotten a few. Please feel free to contact me on my cell 970-390-7608 or via email with any questions. Again, this is a beautiful van and you will not find one in this condition unless it is brand new - and since they no longer offer diesels in the 350 this is still $30k less expensive then a new V10. Thanks.
