They haven't put it on their main site yet, but ProVan Industries (now Tiger Adventure Vehicles, LLC) put up some teaser pics on their Facebook page. Built on an F-250, the Malayan Tiger is about the size of a SMB and designed such that custom off road modifications can make it much more off road capable than other Tigers. I think it will also be more off road capable than any GXV and any ER except their now defunct Jeep Rubicon based XV-JP.
Alan Feld says 4WD Transit SMBs will be doable, but that the unibody construction will only allow travel on Red Rock Rating Scale of one and two. Three or higher will create too much torsion to the unibody. (When I asked him about reinforcing the unibody, Alan replied that they will have to experiment and see.) This little Tiger could fill the niche created when the E350 goes away. I wonder if Alan will consider a vehicle similar to this.
