I have a pair of 4" round and 6" round. I use the 4" round for an extra set of turn signals because the Outback grill guard blocks the stock turn signals on the pre-'08 vans.
If I had a newer van, I would probably order outboard rectangular buckets for a pair of Rigids, and keep the 6" inboard buckets for some PIAA fogs.
Currently I have a 30" Rigid SR bar mounted just below the top bar on the grill guard. Great placement, and it's fairly discreet when its off. However its so bright it can't be used anywhere near other vehicles. A pair of smaller LEDs would great to use a bad-weather / intermediate light.
Now I just have to wait for the bumper to be built out, which could take 6 weeks or more. It'll be like an early Christmas present to me. Once I get it installed with the lights I'll post a photo here. Thanks for the helpful suggestions.

Why don't you build one! I build my rear then found one a front one from a F150 trade in and converted it. I shortened the ends and recut the radius. I have a total of $450.00 in both front and rear. The rear has a Baja box which was formerly mounted as a wave runner trailer cargo box cut down. The box holds my 3000 sin wave gen and carries two GI cans on top. It has a ladder that cradles the spare and swings down with the tire in it. It is a lot easier raising the 35" tire in that cradle than trying to lift it to hang it. The front has slight Baja bull bars, two 6'' light pods and a 9.5 Warn.
