I actually had the original rears rearched once but they sagged again in a few years of hard use. That time I had a shop in Southern Ca (now out of business) do all the work for about $500. This time, a shop removed all the springs to install new bushings, replace a broken leaf, re-arch the rears, add another leaf, install all new hardware including u bolts and shackles for about $2k. It took them 9 hours to do it all.

"From the you didn't ask but, file"

Maybe a fresh set of HD springs along with a shackle flip kit and you could get rid of your blocks? Oops, I see you've been down this path before, maybe my post is a re-run.

I got new springs from ATS for my previous SMB and was very pleased with their service. They are local to me so I took my van up for them to look at and they recommended the new setup and built them in a day or two. My mechanic installed.

I had Agile add the RIP kit to my van, they had me weight the front and back separately. The rear is 800lbs more than the front, they replaced the front springs and shocks, they also replaced the rear shocks and had a new set ov leaf springs made which consited of several more leafs. It now sits lower in the rear, but I would not want to lift it in any way other than airbags I can contron.

Who does this type of work in Oregon

Hello,
Sorry for hijacking the thread but does anyone know who to contact in Oregon that works on sportsmobile vans? Preferably near Portland.
Thank you

Might be wise to start a thread with your question.

Try Oregon Auto Spring Service in Tualatin. I added a rear spring leaf to my Quadvan there in 2019.
