Hello,

Brand new member here, thanks for the addition to this community.

Stumbled across this forum while doing research for rain gutter awning brackets for Chevy G Vans with poptops.
Still researching. LOL

I have a 92 Chevy G30 147" wb 4x4 from Utah.
It was converted to 4x4 when new at Advanced 4x4 in Salt Lake City.

Over the winter I purchased an 87 Ford E150 Sportmobile with the intent of swapping the poptop roof system onto the Chevy.

I have already done a fair amount to the Chevy and I and am super stoked about this project. Hence, the reason I am looking for gutter mounted awning brackets...

The awning is a fairly heavy OVS 180° awning, mounted on roof rack bars.

Any leads on brackets or advice / best practices when installing the poptop would be much appreciated.

You may reach out to member 1der - he offers awning brackets for the Fiamma awnings - may be able to use them (might need some modification), but I'd check to verify.
