Texas SMB registration/title/license fees

Looking for advice on what to expect with Texas registration, title, and license fees for an SMB.

Based on the DMV website, it looks like registration fees for passenger vehicles and light trucks are based on vehicle weight, not value. They don't list vans or RVs with this. Does this approach apply to an SMB?

Are there other Texas fees (besides sales tax) that are based on vehicle value?
