| 1" rigid iso board insulation installed. 3x - 4x8' pieces. Taped seems with aluminum foil tape later. Adhering to floor with some great stuff pro and filling the wall seems with great stuff pro. I hesitated on buying the Great Stuff Pro gun at $50 but did it based on many recommendations. |
