    Why did you choose to put the awning on the drivers side?
    nothing wrong with it Im just curious for my own build.

    It's actually a window that opens from a hinge in the middle so the top half is stationary and the opening is protected from rain as if there were an awning. I'd forgotten it was called an awning.

    Planning a build is pretty exciting. Best of luck.
