Hi: I designed it in Solidworks and had it fabricated from aluminum at a local sheet metal house. The swingarm supports were bent with a hydraulic tubing bender; they are steel.....and the swingarms are aluminess parts. I assembled the box from other boxes...the lower part is a used aluminess jerry can tray.

Hi Boywonder, randomly saw a pic of your rear bumper with storage box & spare tire on (what appears to be) a non-aluminess bumper. Any info on how you accomplished this?! Thanks in advance.
