I just bought an 05 SB Ford with Quigley and SMB pop top. Nothing else, bone stock 49.000 miles, been in a pole barn for 7 years and ran only occasionally. Bought it from a friend. Anyway I'm just starting to get some ideas together and on thing is I thought a window that opened by the "future" bed would be nice. The only windows in the cargo area are the rear door window and they are "fixed". Nothing in the side doors and nothing on the drivers side at all. I know the pop top offers much light and ventilation but I think a window or two for cross ventilation and for sleeping below would be huge.
