Re: Potential purchase questions

Definitely cart before the horse but I am convincing myself more and more before I get to see the van this weekend. I missed out on another one by an afternoon due to work conflicts and was really...

Re: Potential purchase questions

Thanks. It certainly isn't a high mileage one that's for sure. The van is a 2006 year. Anything to look for in that year? It sounds like it has been well cared for, but having not seen it, I will...

Re: Potential purchase questions

Thanks Dave. The main use of the van will simply be for general camping in mild terrain. Right now our vehicles just dont allow for much 'dirt' travel to where the trail heads are. We have made do...

Re: Potential purchase questions

Thanks you for the replies. The amount of work that Badger Trek owners have done to the van is pretty amazing especially given that their van was new and the cost factor. I hate to say it but right...

Re: Seatbelt installation question

Thanks for the great write up. You were 100% correct. I did manage to get a bolt that worked on both seat belt holes but they are tight. Seems odd that Ford would have such as strange threaded bolt...

Re: Seatbelt installation question

Thanks. That was what I thought. Any idea what size the bolts are for those threaded holes on the seat frame?

Re: Seatbelt installation question

Thanks that helps a lot. Unfortunately the bench seat I have is from the stock Ford van so it is a little different setup, but your photos do confirm that I need to attaching the seatbelt directly to...

Hard hard to put a Cummins in?

So back to the big point, how hard is it to put a Cummins into one of the vans? Would the 6bt (I think that is one of the newer Cummins engines) fit into the Econoline chassis? Anyone try this?

Re: 2005 E350 6.0 Diesel 4x4 with 70K mi for 40K... Opinions?

I saw the price they originally wanted for the white one and it was no where near 40-45. It didnt meet it's reserve by a long way. If I remember right when you went to the Desert Autoplex site and...
