Flip-down monitors
This is more of a rant, but it seems that all flip-down monitors still only have RCA input... of course that is because most double-din navigation receivers only have RCA output. This is ridiculous...

Re: CB Radio Communications
I use amateur/ham radio. People tend to be much more civil, and with the thousands of repeaters around the US, you can get lots of distance. I've got an iPhone app that will show me local...

Re: Plywood Wall Mounting
I am in the same boat - I just covered the interior of my van with sound deadening and insulation, my next plan is to buy plywood, cover it in some waterproofing paint or epoxy, cover it in...

Re: Weigh Stations
There's a recycling center in Santa Clara, CA - and a free truck scale behind it, scale display is on 24/7. I try to be quick and quiet when using it.
It's on Robert St in Santa Clara, at the end...

Re: Side step for Ford van?
Thanks Mike, that's what I was looking for -- unfortunately, their web site only lists applications for up to 2002, then 2005-2010! Of course I have a 2003...
I'll give them a call and figure...

Side step for Ford van?
I'm googling around and I can't seem to find a good side step for my E350 - I'm just looking for a single "hoop" that I can install on the driver & passenger sides rather than a full running board. ...

Re: New To The Fold INTERIOR!
I have the same questions! How necessary are the aluminum cross-bars? If you can sleep one with half the bed down with just the legs, why the full length cross-bars? What is the bed made out of,...

Re: I found and bought "the van"
My thought is sound deadening, insulation, wood throughout the cargo. E-track and wheel chocks for dirt bikes - that will be #1. Then I want to come up with some creative fold down platform on...

Re: I found and bought "the van"
Carlsbad. The guy said he had 2 other Craigslist flakes in the past few months, he re-listed it and I got him to take down the ad within 24 hours when I showed him my airline ticket down there :).

I found and bought "the van"
It's a little bigger than what I was looking at... but it was a great deal.
2003 E350 V10!
Lift kit, big wheels/tires
pw/pdl/cruise, single bench seat and the rest of the back is bare cargo....

Awesome - thank you for this info.
Maybe someone reading this thread can help me out as well. I want to install some E-Track on the sides, but what do I mount it to? The plywood? I don't...

Insulation & sound deadening
Hi,
First, I'm in the market for an E350 cargo to work as a camping SMB and moto hauler.
I want to insulate the van and make it quiet, but I don't know quite where to start. I found a...
