I initially said 20 x 40 because that was what i saw on the Sportsmobile website...didn't see any other sizes listed, although I am sure they have them.

That is a good idea and have been thinking about it. Doing the sheetmetal fabrication is a bit beyond my capabilities. I will be taking it by a place soon to get their ideas and approximate cost....
