Sorry for the delay. took me a while to figure it out. The metal mounting bracket beside the seat bolts to the van floor. The seat attaches to that and is reasonably removable

I suspect your oil cooler is plugged from the flush. My 6.0 was running way too hot and I used “Restore" first and then "Restore plus”. Follow the directions. The system is now normal
