I feel your pain I just went through basically the same thing. I have an 06 6 ltr as well, my two starting batteries are on the passenger side frame rail and the house battery is under the backside...

So just to close this topic out I replaced my house battery and everything is working properly now. I also changed my starting batteries because the were the original batteries, that was not fun.

Thanks again for the help. I'm trying to get a battery at the moment. NAPA is my only resource were I live, their AGM battery is half the price of the brand that Sportsmobile recommends and sells...

I'm not sure either the book that came with the van is vague. I need to pull the coolant tank to see if there is an isolator under the tank.

I was finally able to plug the van in on a cold night to see if it is a voltage issue but no luck. I can manually turn the heat on but it won't keep running to maintain...

I don't think my Mini controller is tied in with the timer because I have run the system with just the MC in the past and it worked fine. There is a good chance that some of my problem is operator...
