I feel like that one is a scam. Priced too low (for SoCal) and it comes up in multiple locations on my Craigslist search.

Sounds like a seller who is selling "easy fixes". If they will fix, great, otherwise, I would do it yourself (or pay to do it) and just discount it off the price. Congratulations!

Seems like a lot. Down here a similar van sold for $17k with absolutely no rust. They are tough to find, but not so tough that you should buy a rusty one. I would offer $13-14k and stick to it. ...
